Q4 If an individual has an adult ed credential that lists authorization to teacher "Older Adult classes" , and even though Older Adult programs in the adult ed world no longer exist, would that teacher be authorized to teach in the two AEP program areas that include "older adults"? - Programs for adults, including, but not limited to, older adults, that are primarily designed to develop knowledge and skills to assist elementary and secondary school children to succeed academically in school, AND - Programs for adults, including, not not limited to, older adults, that are primarily related to entry or reentry into the workforce.

Yes, they are allowed to teach the two AEP program areas referenced.

Q5 If someone had a Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential would that suffice to teach a class in this AEP area?

Does the MS Clear allow for the instruction of adults? If so then yes, as long as the course is not a CTE course.
