The Sacramento County Office of Education's IT Director put out guidance on how to combat the challenges in Zoom. TAP has implemented all security updates. We've taken every step possible to maintain security during our Zoom meetings.

All webinars are recorded and most are posted to the caladulted.org website. However before being posted, all recordings and materials must be remediated to be 508 compliant. This process can take a few weeks. To not delay you receiving the information, it is always best to attend if possible.

The next time you log in you will be able to edit your information before finalizing your registration.

Please verify that your email has been entered correctly. If it has and the message is not in SPAM, your district firewall may be blocking it. To ensure you get the confirmations, please register again using a personal email. If you get the confirmation from the personal email, please contact your IT Department and ask them to assist with making sure the confirmation emails sent to your work email are not blocked from being received. You can show them the personal email confirmation body so they can see who it is being sent by, which will help them fix the problem.

The password that is listed on the site is correct and working, it is case sensitive: v7^+$D6G

Approved. Does the consortium plan to send anyone else to COABE? AEP TAP will be coordinating some PD when people return – maybe even a webinar on the COABE event. So remind these attendees they may have to be part of a COABE webinar after they return.
